items such as furs over the internet. Their worries
are justified as there is uncertainty as to whether
they can get what they expect in terms of product
quality, color, fit and timeliness of delivery as
compared to a comfortable showroom presence with
well-dressed and most of the time knowledgeable
sales personnel, despite paying premium prices.
The objective of this page is to alleviate those
subtle fears by describing the actual shopping experience
our customers had encountered and their subsequent
rating on the quality of our products and services.
This is important as our website has many custom-made
luxury items.
We proudly disclose that our sales return rate
for fur items has been consistently less than
3%. Practically, none of the returned items relate
to obvious quality reason.

2004
I purchased an orange designer dress to wear
for a Birthday Party held at the Bellagio
Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. I searched
through some of the major department stores
to find a luxurious wrap or stole in the new
fashion colors, but did not find what I wanted.
I decided to investigate the website called
Quantitybuy.com. Not only did they have the
exact color of orange I wanted, but they offered
this shrug in a beautiful fox fur with an
8 inch width with matching satin tie. The
style was very fashion forward, straight from
recent runway looks, and they had many colors
to choose from. I decided to order it, to
match my new dress. The representative went
out of his way to deliver my piece in time
for me to pack it for the Vegas trip. The
color was perfect and the fur was of a superb
quality. When I wore this shrug to the party,
all eyes were on me. Everyone wanted to know
where I acquired such an unusual accessory.
I proudly told them, "Quantity Buy".
I felt like Cinderella who had made the grand
entrance to the "Ball". Their prices
are way below what you would pay on Michigan
Avenue in Chicago, or 5th Avenue in New York
City. I can only attest that I am one very
satisfied customer, who received so many compliments
that evening, that I will go back again and
again. KUDOS to the wonderful workmanship,
the meticulous attention to detail, the magnificent
rich depth of color and fur quality. Now I
want a PURPLE one!!!

to the link: www.fursnewyork.com where I ordered
a fox fling (value 420$ + 50$ shipping). I
was very pleased the way they handled my order
(order confirmation, payment confirmation,
shipping advice). Order was shipped one week
after reception of bank remittance and arrived
ten days later at my domicile in France. And
the Quality? Just superb. Top quality pelts.
Beautiful color (baby pink). Perfect finish.
Nothing less than promised. French import
duty is 12%, VAT is 21,5%, plus handling fees
6%. This may seem a lot, but, in my opinion,
was well worth the deal. I'm neither a stockholder
nor an employee of that company. Just thought,
my experience might be of use of you guys
loving not only fur, but even more your spouse!
